In Eagle's file list, the default action for clicking a file with the mouse wheel button is to "Open File in New Window." If you wish to change this behavior, please follow the steps below:

1. Open Eagle's "Preferences" and select "Controls" on the left.
2. Under the "Mouse" section on the right, set the "Wheel Button" according to your preference to "Open File in New Window," "System Default," or "Execute Plugins":

- "Default," this behavior follows your computer's settings.
